Information Collection and Use The Farndale Show Society require certain personal information for us to perform our role effectively as show organisers.
We may use information held about you in the following ways
- For future mailings undertaken by or on behalf of the Farndale Show Society.
- To enable us to contact you should any issues arise regarding the Farndale Show.
- By entering the Farndale Show your name and address may be published in our list of exhibitors.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 27/07/18 and will remain in effect with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future.
We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy at any time should this be the case we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on the Farndale Show website.
Withdrawal of Consent
Should you wish to withdraw your consent to our use of your details you can do so by contacting the Show Secretary. Once you have withdrawn your consent your Personal Data Information will automatically be removed.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
First Aid and Veterinary cover are in attendance on the Show field and may be contacted via the Secretary – located in the small tent next to main ring. Medics UK based alongside the horse ring, if medical attention is required elsewhere on the Show please report to the Secretary’s tent.
